After being diagnosed with food allergies, I was tired of having fruit for breakfast every day. I was craving waffles! What about you? These waffles are dairy, egg, soy, nut, corn, and everything but gluten free. If you are gluten free, then this recipe should work with your favorite gluten free flour! This recipe is so easy that you can have the kids make it! This is a one bowl recipe 🙂
You will need…Time to create the waffles!
First, sift all of the dry ingredients together into a bowl. No need to stir, the sifting will do the job!
Then add the water and mix well! It will look clumpy at first, but after 50 seconds of stirring the clumps will magically disappear.
It should have the consistency of glue
Then you will make the waffles! I use an old waffle iron that we have had for years, but any iron will work! Because most cooking sprays have ingredients that I can not consume, I use this olive oil cooking spray. Spray lightly and you will not taste the olive oil.
